So…it’s what?

ephemeris: a tabular statement of the assigned places of a celestial body for regular intervals; plural ephemerides.

Fiction, shortly, bi-weekly: because stories are as good an indicator of anything else of the mapping of one’s journey through the cosmos on the back of a big blue marble.

Alternating weeks: essays, or fiction-adjacent truthiness.

Daily blog: because who doesn’t want more lint-mining navelgazery in their lives?

Pretty sure this is going to be free forever, because I believe in that sort of thing. However. I’m very much the not 1%, and I’d like to think what I do has value.

Again, their boilerplate.

I’m terrible at communities. I used to think it was because I didn’t like people, but I’ve come to understand that I really don’t like people and also there’s a tremendous amount of social anxiety that comes from being neurodivergent.

If you met me, you wouldn’t peg me as autistic, but probably an asshole or someone who really likes to talk about whatever my special interest happens to be at the moment. However, I do believe in the power of words.

And that whatever abyss my happy unhireable ass is staring into, I plan to write my way out of it. That’s less a call for alms and more of a short manifesto as to why I’m doing this. Stick around, kick the tires, read stuff, leave comments.
